They focus on quality of work, and numbers. Having worked at other call centers it feels like they value you.

They do still focus on call anylitics. They don't have a night shift so they can't easily work with you if you are going to school.

Good work life balance, I enjoyed working with the support staff, and fixing the problems. I had a great staff of workers, and they really did the job.

Stuck in the old ways, if the idea didn't come from engineering, it never got looked at, they suffered because of it. Low pay for my role
