The culture is truly amazing at this company, although its a remote workforce, I communicate with my teammates more often and more effectively than in previous companies where everyone was on site. The growth opportunities, including travel, are extensive and senior leadership welcomes everyones' ideas and feedback equally

Because the company is growing so quickly, streamlining the technology stack for security and efficiency is an area of opportunity --- however most companies struggle with this in some capacity as there are so many tools on the market for project management, file sharing, etc. currently
