Pros

Working at Accelion gave me something I didn’t fully appreciate until I left: support, structure, and people who actually wanted to see me succeed. I felt respected from day one. My Area Manager always kept it real with me — pushed me when I needed it, but also gave me space to grow. I liked having control over my schedule, and when I was putting in the work, I was making good money. The Atlanta client team had real energy, and we looked out for each other.

Cons

It’s not a hand-holding type of job. You need to be disciplined and ready to hustle — especially in a market like Atlanta where competition is real. Some days were frustrating, no doubt. But it wasn’t the kind of frustration that came from lack of support — more like the usual ups and downs of the field.

Thanks for your review! I know exactly who you are! We (me and Christian) wished things would have worked out better for you in Atlanta! As we discussed during your final call, their were uncontrollable issues that you/Accelion couldn't solve; your amazing attitude carried the market so far and that is something we will always remember. Be well my friend! If you need an LOR for your future job search, shoot me or Chelcey an email and I'll work with Christian to write one up for you. :)

Pros

Accelion is hands-down one of the best companies I’ve worked for. As a Territory Manager in Richmond, I’ve felt supported from day one. The onboarding and training process was thorough, and my Area Manager genuinely cares about my success. The culture is upbeat, collaborative, and focused on results — but in a way that’s motivating, not stressful. I get to build relationships with property managers, represent an excellent product, and work with a team that celebrates wins together. The flexibility in my schedule lets me structure my day for maximum impact, and the commissions are achievable. It’s a great feeling to know my hard work actually pays off.

Cons

You need to be self-motivated. This isn’t a role where someone is hovering over you all day — which I love, but it might not be for everyone. You get out what you put in.

Hi, thanks for your feedback! I'm a little behind on responding to these reviews but I noted your suggestion about more peer shadowing. DMV has grown so much for Accelion in the past year so I think we have an opportunity to actualize your suggestion since there's such a high concentration of Accelion employees in the region now. Also, I know Max, Randyn, and Sharron are planning more joint events and joint VTO days for their teams so hopefully you'll be able to meet some of your peers in the region F2F soon. :)

Pros

It's almost impossible to think of anything but if I had to say something nice it would be that you are paid weekly.

Cons

Oh boy, where do I begin? First of all, do some research outside of Glassdoor about this company. This company does not care about its employees. You are simply a money generator for them. You will be written up immediately if your sales numbers do not satisfy them. Management will embarrass you in front of your peers on the weekly team meetings if your numbers dip. The CEO of the company will have you jump on a call with him within the first week of employment to make it seem like he will be involved in the day-to-day of the job. That will be the first and last time you talk to him. During my call with him, he literally bragged about how rich he was for an hour straight. I wish I was joking. He will also try and sell you some idea that there are Territory Mangers getting five-figure paychecks. If you believe that, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you. The training was abysmal. Managers will gossip about other employees behind their back. Just sort these reviews by "lowest rated" and see some of the unprofessional responses from the company.
