Nothing Not all. Please don't join this organisation. This is not product based company. Its even worse company than service based company.

Cons

- If you are designation related Service Management means its a Production Support Work or Major incident manager Job. Be aware and careful. - Its all Airline and Airline industry so high pressure job.No excuse. No other projects. Please note. - Service Based Cutlure even worst than that. - Mainly US working hours or 24/7 shifts. - Maimi people like anything. No persoal life. - On call support once in a month but its alsmost 48 hrs so you need to be available over weekend for any issues so forgot about your weekend. - During interview HR & Hiring Manager will tell you that its a General Shift job but its big lie. Its 24/7 work. - Lateral people dont stay their for long time.They try to leave this organisation within 3 to 6 months. You will find noone who has been with Accelya since more than 3 years. - They hire fresher by writing 2ys bond from them and put them into this production support role so they dont exit. - HR either knows everything or they try to pretend not knowing anything. - HR always in search of someone who can join immediately. Hide all scary things. - Its a very small scale organisation not like big gaints Infosys, TCS, Cognizant etc so you will always be put on the gun. -THINK MANY TIMES before joining this organsation. Your career will be at big risk. - Even though they give you 100% hike, please dont join. Take a break and look for good company..

Pros

Although salary isn’t great, the company covers health insurance, so that makes up for it.

Cons

This used to be a great place to work, but things took a turn about 4 years ago. The company doesn’t care about its employees. There are no opportunities for growth, no incentive to stay. You put in extra effort and develop new skills to work your way up, only to be told that’s not your responsibility and you shouldn’t be the one doing that. They have been expanding abroad and little by little replacing very valuable employees in Miami that have strong knowledge and had been with the company for years.
