Really incomprehensible decisions. Management does not value their employees and in turn there is really high turnover. I had three different supervisors in a 6 month period. Unethical workflow decisions where they want you to "have fun" with your clients. Mind you Insurance is being billed to provide mental health services. Secondly I was asked to go to the local homeless shelter to find my client when they no showed their appointment. This is not acceptable to go to someone's place of living if they are not wanting to meet. Lastly, they want you to work with client's with severe mental illness who have been removed from other clinics due to not showing up for appointments. Then when they, no surprise, don't show up for you you are required to use PTO to "make up" you FTE. Most people who apply here have no mental health experience and don't know better. When most of us figure out how toxic this place is, we get outta here. There is a reason people call this place Decend.
