Pros
The people you are privileged to serve through your work there.
Cons
Upper management will often change the way they do things based on systems not being effective then use that as the "look we are constantly growing and changing" when concerns are brought to them. It keeps you hopeful for awhile until you start to see the cracks in the system and how defensive and dismissive the actual owner is. Go to the indeed reviews. He's responded to a bunch of reviews (hopefully they are still there) you can definitely see the dismissive and defensive nature in those responses. Contrary to his belief, his workplace is not employee centered at all and the places the rest of us have left for have still followed state statutes and guidelines and been so much better to us as employees and better for our mental health.
