Supportive environment, but no remote flexibility - Anonymous employee Access Care Partners Employee Review

I worked at Access Care Partners formally WestMass Elder Care for about 9 months as a mealsnon wheels delivery driver delivery meals to the elderly and disabled. I really enjoyed my time here and built some meaningful connections with the staff and clients. The staff truly cares about ther employees and will support you in any way they can.

Can be stressful at times as they keep you on a strict time limit to not go over hours.

Enjoyed my coworkers and consumer base. Benefits are very good.

Not a con of the employer per se but due to it being a non profit agency funding can be scarce.
