- clients can be amazing
- lots of downtime after clients go to sleep
-benefits if your full time
- other staff can be amazing
Cons
- backstabbing encouraged, even the managers constantly backstab each other. You basically need to be a slave to these people to get the slightest appreciation. You never feel safe and secure because of this and my following point. You are always looking over your shoulder wondering when the other shoe will drop
- there are multiple houses with different groups of clients and even if you are happy and fit very well within the house you are at they will move people every few months to couple of years so that the clients don't get attached. This means that there is a high turn over because often you are switched back and forth between very difficult houses and easy houses
-this agency does not have their clients best interests at heart. Heard and seen lots of despicable things that I can't go into because of legality.
-management makes decisions for different houses when they have NO CLUE what the clients are actually like.
-shifts are weird- no one gets a full weekend
