Downward Spiral - Supervisor Member Services Access Credit Union Employee Review

Disorganized, low priority placed on staff advancement and growth, minimal investment in branch functionality and low importance placed on member service both internal and external. Not concerned with losing experienced and skilled staff members ultimately resulting in struggles for the staff remaining. Staff working in non-member facing roles are prioritized and provide minimal support and assistance and face no repercussions or corrective training from management. Very dysfunctional planning and upper management.
