Company doesn't care about it's employees. Could care less about the employees needs or to resolve issues when they come about.
Lack of communication from the company and the "team captains/leads"
HR is a Joke. Nothing ever gets resolved just gets swept under the rug. SO MUCH FAVORTISM!!!!!!!!!! Captain is hardly ever around when you need to ask a question about something so you will either have to ask your lead and HOPE that they know the answer or you will just have to wait until your captain decides to show up when ever. Team members run the department. You have set rules but no one abides by them and when you tell your supervisor about what others are doing nothing gets done about it. but if someone else was to go and do the same thing you would get in trouble.
