No proper training, no support from upper management, office supplies in the office are very old, Salary is low compared to other DMC, have to vet our vendors which makes the job a lot harder because you will not be able to contract vendors with out them signing our contract first. (no other Dmc has to do this and vendors will tell you this) finally commission structure is to make the company money and you left with pennies.
