Pros

Good benefits, great client book. Just need work hard and learn the industry to succeed. Great group of team members who were very supportive in Cleveland.

Cons

At the time I was at Access there was restructuring year over year, and there were growing pains, but corporate leadership was making strides to make things easier for the sales team.

Benefits were good and the company is mid-sized which offers more stability.
