10yI want to thank you for your review. As you know we value your time and the information you provided here to allow us to be a better company.
You mentioned that we are “untruthful” to clients and you advise us to take a look at our business practices, but that isn't much detail. I have said it in other reviews and I will repeat it here: Any unethical practices including lying to clients is simply unacceptable and will not be tolerated on any level. I would appreciate more detail, if you can provide any to me. I can be reached via email at ralston@accesscorp.com.
If you or anyone is aware now or in the future of any unethical business practice taking place, I urge you/them to contact me immediately so that we can address this issue and resolve it before it damages the reputation and the integrity of the company that we are working so hard to build.
Bringing this matter to my attention allows us to be better, ensuring that we are always making the right decisions for our clients and our team members, as well as providing our team members the best place to work and an environment for them all to REACH for their very best.
