Thank you for the review and I appreciate that you found the culture to be a positive experience. I am honored and appreciate that you believe management to be strong. Our industry has seen a significant slow down in growth in past two decades, but we continue to see growth in our core business overall. Furthermore, as we are expanding our services into more digital service offerings from the Archive Systems acquisition we completed last year, I expect to see a lot more growth from this new service line.
