8yThank you very much for your positive review. I appreciate that you went out of your way to post something positive after your experience at Access. It really means a lot to me.
I am glad the work life balance was sound and that you were able to work collaboratively across the departments - collaboration is one of our core values. I do understand the challenge of getting everyone to work together at the same time on the same item. We can always do a better job prioritizing, which if we were doing really well, we wouldn't have this problem.
And, yes, we probably do too many conference calls. I know that I feel that way at times, too. That is, again, about prioritization and making sure that our desire for open and transparent communication is balanced with time available to complete tasks at hand and making good use of everyone's time.
I work hard to respond to emails/questions/concerns, including doing so publicly on our monthly FACTS webinars and doing so truthfully, but I hear you that you didn't think we were consistent. I would love more information here, but you have commitment to make sure we are consistent and appreciate you sharing your advice here - we can always get better.
