I am really glad you like the atmosphere, the ability to speak freely and, more importantly, that you feel both heard and that your concerns are addressed in those conversations. I am thrilled, also, to hear that you like our benefits and appreciate the incentives we offer for different individuals who are REACHing for their very best. I am bummed that you don’t see more opportunity for people to move up in the company.
