Thank you for very succinct and to-the-point review. It is great to hear you appreciate the team mentality and spirit here at Access. We work hard to foster that in our culture. I appreciate you requesting more thorough communication. This is an area that requires further investment (always, it seems). We will continue to develop these muscles and work hard with the entire team to ensure that all communication is being cascaded throughout the entire organization – and that the leadership team is communicating more and more. Thanks, also, for bringing up compensation. We are working hard to stay competitive on our total rewards (compensation and benefits) package and recognize there are areas where we are farther behind the market than we would like to be for compensation. This is a continuous effort and we will be making (again) market compensation adjustments very soon in certain markets. Trusted by coworkers to get teamwork done. No micromanaging, Pays is appropriate.

Pros

Teammates work together and most management at VP level and below care for their teams.

Cons

Lack of communication and accountability at executive leadership level, benefits are expensive, doesn't promote from within, do not pay commissions on time and sometimes not at all. OTE is unachievable
