You are part of a small group of Access team members who have worked here for more than 10 years and I appreciate your long-term commitment! I am glad that you like the team environment and that you find the never-a-dull-moment environment enjoyable. As you have probably heard me say, I do firmly believe that growth provides opportunity and I am thrilled that you see the potential for growth here at Access. I appreciate your advice to management and agree that our vendors deserve, as do we, to be paid for their services and should be paid in a timely manner. So, I share your frustration around our delayed payments to vendors. To help solve that issue, we are currently implementing a comprehensive “procure-to-pay” system which should really help us process invoices quicker and in a much more timely manner, and do so more efficiently. I am confident that we have the right team in place in accounting and I am hopeful that our new system will help to solve this issue permanently.
