      Pros

      Fully WFH during pandemic, small match for 401k. Most roles overtime eligible.

      Cons

      Too much work for not enough pay. The market is extremely hot for workers and turnover has been exceptionally high because they fail to adapt. Have to punch in and out for an SGA job. Difficult team to work with. Very inefficient processes that were never important enough to fix previously. Nowhere to grow.

      Trusted by coworkers to get teamwork done. No micromanaging, Pays is appropriate.

      Pros

      - No weekends plus paid holidays - Dental is okay but health is United Healthcare

      Cons

      - Unobtainable quotas decided by a calculator and not by actual experience - PTO based on accrual at 8 hours gained per month - Tools for job are never working - Constant understaffing
