Company is revenue driven and working hard to make strides with acquisitions to grow their brand.

Cons

Some new management was not familiar with the industry so therefore could not always see value in a tenured employee

Trusted by coworkers to get teamwork done. No micromanaging, Pays is appropriate.

Pros

- No weekends plus paid holidays - Dental is okay but health is United Healthcare

Cons

- Unobtainable quotas decided by a calculator and not by actual experience - PTO based on accrual at 8 hours gained per month - Tools for job are never working - Constant understaffing
