Pros
There is a kitchen fully stocked with ramen, snacks, and drinks in order to entice the sales team to stay and make more calls
Cons
Mark Gutierrez is a good guy and decent mentor, but the higher up Raffi is a pain. He "coaches" the reps by referencing his own competitiveness and his own past as a broker at Morgan Stanley. He talked more about Morgan Stanley than he does about Access Funding. He's also extremely unprofessional, but that is beside the point. The job itself isn't so bad (except the part where you constantly lie to people to convince them to work with you), but one of the major issues is that the individuals you will be calling will undoubtedly have been called a plethora of times already by Access or any of the other structured settlement companies out there. There are quite a few of them. In addition to that, Raffi seems to think that you aren't doing a good enough job on the phone unless you are yelling at your prospect. He also likes to send out emails in which he embeds fear tactics and unemployment threats. When he's not sending out terror emails or roaming the sales floor, he's eating fried food and watching tv in his office.
