It’s ok - Manager Access Garage Doors Employee Review

This place has friendly employees and co workers. There is never any drama (that I've experienced) The hours aren't bad plus you get your weekends off. Paid holidays and vacation. 401k Benefits and we get to go on outings together as a company at times.

There are no cons for me personally because I haven't ran into any issues since starting here. It was rocky at first for me personally just not knowing the industry well but the training they have here in place speaks for its self. Just listen to what is told and follow the instructions and all will be fine.

Good management that provides leadership and then let’s you do your job. They treat you like an adult and expect you to do good honest work.

Still small fast growing so some days are really slow and you end up waiting or doing side jobs.
