Pros

I was able to get 2 years of hours and gain some experience. I was able to take time off as an hourly employee .

Cons

My paycheck was short as much as 7 times this past year, and it happened several more times to fellow employees who made much less than me. Some fellow employees only received $100 for a paycheck and had mortgages to pay. I was promised supervision when I interviewed and that never happened. Diagnostic assessments were piled up on me more than anyone else (4 or 5 a day) and often I would work 9 to 10 hours per day just to get the paperwork done. At least 4 of the doctors stated I was being overworked or taken advantage of. The owner did not realize until I quit what was happening. There were no raises, no thank you's. All for a little more than what a shift manager at Aldi's makes, even with a 62-semester hour clinical degree, yet the doctors received raises.

Pros

The work environment is very pleasant and fair. I am treated fairly and feel respected in my current position with the company.

Cons

The facilities are in need of updating. There are some issues with lighting, heating, air conditioning and small work spaces.
