Pros
- Intelligence, diligence and empathy of staff - Working on cutting edge issues with a range of interesting clients - Opportunities to travel and attend conferences, meet clients - Relatively flat hierarchy, where junior staff have opportunity to take on responsibility (more so than at other consultancies)
Cons
- Certainly a growth-oriented business, focused on robust financial performance, but this makes the speed of work and competitive edge engaging - Client-driven, so pressures from that, but support internally to raise and deal with work-life balance concerns
