There were no pay adjustments when taking on additional accounts to train new hires.

Pros

Paid training and a fast paced High energy sales environment. Recent management changes are positive and the team is committed to helping the team hit their sales goals.

Cons

I am moving so unfortunately I had to leave the company. The job is difficult but the commissions are great when you hit your targets!!

Pros

The team dynamic is good - usually fun, easy going people to work with. Like anywhere else, though, that isn't always the case. Decent hourly pay for the area. Direct management is okay, and several are very willing to help you move up, despite that fact that it's nearly impossible to do so.

Cons

Access Worldwide has two sections in the building, one side is contracted as Time Warner, the other side as AT&T. Their AT&T contract has been pulled, more than likely because they are breaking AT&T rules left and right to make more money, such as cancelling customer accounts and re-opening them to make revenue for the center. These horrible "sales" habits are encouraged by the top management on down to the employees. By the way - If AT&T happens to catch a specific employee doing it, it's entirely possible for AT&T corporate to kick that employee off the program, meaning you're out of a job. But if you're NOT doing it, you have a much harder time making money, because everyone else IS doing it. It's a vicious cycle of crap you're constantly dealing with.
