Pros
Great mission! Great ground level employees. Great feeling of helping and making a difference in someones life that otherwise might not receive the help they need. Great stopping place to gain experience in the field.
Cons
Broken system. High turnover rate. Not a good working environment. Hostile work environment. Upper Management is either very controlling or indifferent. No consistency. No longer family oriented. Company Policies are not consistently followed. They are enforced for some but not for others. No measurement system utilized consistently for employee performance. Unclear expectations. Employees are set up for failure.
