Casual dress, secure work area, close parking, acceptance of the LGBT community.
Cons
Double standards: Reimbursement Counselors, (Customer Service Agents), log in/out of the phone for everything, and if you're late or miss logging in you're penalized or written up. Supervisors come and go as they please, and most don't have the education or technical skills to read the reports they run on others. - Supervisors/Managers: no proven track record, the IT guy is new every year. Employee turnover: We've lost about 20 good people since January out of a total of about 130 for this year alone. Equipment: We have old and slow computers that are still on Windows XP from more than 5 years ago. The IT guy is replacing and reloading them all the time and he doesn't have any help.
