Poor management with Zero people management skills. They sack a manager after she comes on board 3 weeks with ridiculous reason "Actually company doesn't require manager only executive. They ask an assistant manager to terminate her and the CEO who hired her doesn't have the guts to talk to her. This shows a management that doesn't know what they want and have no direction.
