Historically important agency - helped build the field of microfinance and lifted people out of poverty
Cons
When the current Boston CEO took over, the agency lost its’ integrity. His actions and remote leaderahip style prove he is not charitably minded. He was an inqualified trustee on the recruitment committee who decided that this job would be an easy way to get attention, status and an inflated salary. Doesn’t care about staff of the mission.
