its a horrible environment, no culture

Nothing special really to express

The company lately hired under qualified staff due to low compensation availability which led to change in environment to leg pulling and demeaning others to stand out one self . employee ratio is high and downsizing is becoming normal now with each passing day and nobody is willing to address the issues.
