Good company for freshers.You will learn a lot. Flexible work times. Great work atmosphere. Diverse set of employees.

None that I can think of other than a very bureaucratic structure of management. Better Infrastructure and facilities would improve the work culture. Also , an observation that people keep quitting the job once they are in for 3-4 years, as they get better opportunities.
