Pros
It is very easy to get a job here. This is an ideal job for a stoner. Most of what you do is copy paste from templates. Accordo will employ almost anyone. I'm pretty sure you do not need a reference. I know they did not check my references.
Cons
There are no networking opportunities and do not expect too much from them in remuneration. This company's business model cannot pay a decent salary. If you have a drivers license and have residency there are better ways to make money. There are people who have been here years and have gained no useful skills from this company. I would say the longer you work here the more unemployable you become. They are not completely honest about career opportunities. I think they stretch the truth because they don't actually have much to offer. They claim to be a growing company but I doubt this. They really have just one major client they are completely dependent on. Accordo is a BPO doing back office work for Microsoft. They give you a fancy job title but really all you do all day is copy & paste from templates. The qualifications they are asking for are overkill for a copypasta job. The company has a culture of slacking and corner cutting. A lot of people get put off working here by this behavior. They treat their staff like children. Its like high school in there. But to be fair tts a bit hard taking a company seriously when there are balloons around your desk and your reward for overtime is actual candy.
