I met the whole bunch of great and talented people here. Thank you guys for great time and fun we had together :) Extended my knowledge on what bad management is and how things should not be done Really liked the new office company moved in recently Thats all. If you are prepared to work crazy night shift hours with no appreciation and wages bordering with minimal pay- welcome to the paradise.

Company "values" exist only on their website (check it out)- not in reality. *Accordo purpose-fail *AccordoVision.....really??? *Accordo mission-big failure *Accordo Values- all of them in real life are quite opposite to what is declared. —>>>. The biggest failure is #5- respect for people *Management, or should I say “politicians” (the higher you get to the top of the food chain) in majority of cases demonstrated complete incompetence, are dissociated, often rude and arrogant, unable to take responsible "out of the box" constructive decisions; though outside of work environment you might find they are very pleasant to deal with people. *Absence of accountable leaders (One or two exceptions for the last 4 years) on all levels multiplied by their inability to demonstrate decent people skills leads to high stress levels on the floor, micromanagement, lack of operational goal and “product value” clarity *Staff rotation rate is incredibly high *Some very dodgy HR practices are in place. The list goes on….. Did I forget to mention that most likely the company is soon going belly-up, so that happening defeats the purpose of this review, BUT: For the sake of your souls: Wherever/whenever you see the names of (especially certain individuals) top management working in future for different companies the advice is “think 3 times before you apply ” or better: Run away!
