Pros
The company is not very productive, and the management are not very talented, so it's easy to get a contract.
Cons
Low pay and terrible leadership. Passive-aggressive staff culture. A history of unhappy customers and poor workmanship. They mislead on advertising careers and they have a rich history of layoffs. Too many woke millennials; they previously failed at running a meritocracy (they could not retain a performance-based contract with Microsoft), so they have since invested themselves into DIE without educating themselves on the destructive outcomes of this ideology.
