Pros
Initially, a great company to work for as a new, growing, small business. Expanded too quickly and hired a high volume of staff to do so, without the processes in place and it became obvious that it was too much, too soon.
Cons
High turnover or staff and hiring of people that were not capable of doing the role. Poor management and a changing environment that became a toxic environment.
