      - Not organized system and hierarchy - No code review and mentor - unstable in last year

      Flexible hours. Just like one family (no boss employee relationship). Social activities. Providing all gadgets and gear you need.

      Cons

      Need better planning process. Better organization for tasks. Too many projects, too little developers.
