Pros

* It's a paycheck. * The benefits are not that bad. They offer 401K, medical, dental, long/short term disability and AFLAC. * They have creative activities for their holiday parties. * Lots of contests with prizes. * Whether you want to or not, you will become better at communicating. * Job is a resume builder. Looks good on your resume and is an okay place to remain while you bide your time and look for an actual good job.

Cons

* The new intranet site practices horrible web design navigation because the navigational buttons change for each page you are on making it difficult to find a specific page. Only excuses are given when this is brought up which is a cop-out. * A CSR should be allowed to go home with or without sick pay if they are obviously sick and their voice is distorted. * Doesn't feel like an environment where you can go to your manager and talk. * Sometimes you'll come into work and there will be 100 calls in que, Those days go by fast and are stressful because you barely get to breath in between calls. * Their Stars program (a bonus program where if your stats are #1 you'll get a cash bonus) is just a way to control people to get them to keep their stats low, but most people never win because it's too punitive. You can have the lowest stats and be disqualified because you called in sick. Even though you are disqualified, it won't pass on to the next person with the next best stats, making it even more difficult to win.

Pros

Our immediate supervisor in Risk Management was great. Most of the team were great team players & very helpful in the learning process .

Cons

The management consisted of a person that was an awful leader. This person disrespected people by calling them half a person, regularly praised their dog more than their employees, and used more threats of termination than positive reinforcement. The person only showed up once a week, so I have no idea how they even felt like they knew their team enough to speak on any of it. Nothing was worth having to work for such a person.
