nice campus pretty trees and waterfalls

this was one of the worst jobs I ever had. No Support from Management. They do Not tell you that the people that get these types of accounts Cannot Qualify for a regular bank account so you have to educate consumers about Basic Banking (ie how to balance your check book!) calls were VERY ESCALATED and Management will not take a call even if customer asks for a manager. Management also would CHANGE THE SCHEDULE AND NOT TELL YOU and make you work MANDATORY OVERTIME

Pros

Our immediate supervisor in Risk Management was great. Most of the team were great team players & very helpful in the learning process .

Cons

The management consisted of a person that was an awful leader. This person disrespected people by calling them half a person, regularly praised their dog more than their employees, and used more threats of termination than positive reinforcement. The person only showed up once a week, so I have no idea how they even felt like they knew their team enough to speak on any of it. Nothing was worth having to work for such a person.
