The owners at Accountable Home Care genuinely care about people. They understand that when the workers feel valued, they perform better. Although the company is for profit, client satisfaction is the bottom line, not money. The case managers work hard to coordinate the best fit for both caregivers and families.
Cons
I have not experienced a downside to being a part of this organization. It feels great to be part of a team that works together to help seniors to stay safe at home. I have been treated with kindness and respect all around.
