Pros
The people. Everyone there (bar a handful) are great to work with. There's not a lot of backstabbing within the office, everyone is pretty open with each other.
Good company trips and incentives.
You can speak to management when you need to and have open and honest conversations with them.
They will help you and guide you when you need it. If you want help with anything you can ask for it and you will get it.
Work hard play hard environment.
Open plan offices to share candidates/clients.
Career path is clear and you can see exactly what you need to achieve, and this is achievable.
Cons
Long Hours (you will get this no matter what recruitment firm you go into) so just be prepared.
Not much flexibility in terms of work life balance.
