Pros

I typically don't write on these boards but felt compelled to. Given the recent negative post I wanted to give people a truthful perspective of the company. I find it comical that someone would suggest that there is any "bullying" that takes place in the organization. Especially someone who claims that they have spent several years here. (why stay for so long if it was that bad???) I too have worked for Accountivity for several years and if anything we have been described as being too nice to one another! As long as I have been here, I have never seen a lawsuit. You really have to question the integrity and source of some of these postings. My dealings with ownership have been nothing but enjoyable. They are extremely generous to their staff, ALWAYS keep their word, and are continuously donating to non-profit organizations and good causes. We have definitely built an excellent name in the industry and I, like many of my colleagues, have had great success in our time here. Anyone who knows anything about successful growing companies know that this cannot be done without the right leadership.

Cons

As we grow and expand there are some growing pains.

Pros

- free parking, location is central

Cons

-Management has no loyalty to employees whatsoever- owners stroll in a 11 everyday to "babysit" and watch their stocks, but nobody is ever working hard enough according to them - Never give back to employees - Management is never on the same page- constantly contradict one another because they're all on a huge power trip - Once in a blue moon you'll see an employee make it to the 6 month mark - People are fired if they have an opinion- tell employees that these people are "the cancer of the office" over and over again - Lied to about compensation and benefits from the beginning- they tell employees they can make 100k in the first year with their weak commission structure - Tell employees that they are opening multiple offices when they can barely keep one staffed - Expected to work over lunch and stay late everyday or else your "clearly not committed" - Terrible training- employees are told they aren't working hard enough when they are never given tools to be successful in the first place
