It's a start up, so don't expect too much of a structure to the program

-Team is collaborative and capable. Leadership provides a lot of autonomy, invests in people, and allows you to do your best work. -Product is meaningful and constantly improving. -Culture is flexible and warm. People care about each other. -True startup experience: If you show initiative, you'll get a great experience. If you ask, you can be exposed to functions outside of your primary role, which can be a rare learning opportunity.

-Not a con but the realities of a startup - it can be empowering but you'll also have to know that the journey comes with (1) highs and lows + your growth being somewhat tied to the company's growth; (2) being comfortable with less direct guidance/mentorship.
