      Pros

      Really good people work here! Most of them are pleasant and are always willing to help. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Some departments are not appreciated enough. They work hard for little recognition. There are limited growth opportunities. Sometimes things are mismanaged.

      Pros

      The team was really helpful whenever you needed help. Leadership would for the most part explain and bring you up to speed before changes were made. Very lenient from a scheduling standpoint.

      Listen to your employees when they offer help.
