      Conflict & Chaos Consistently - Director of Marketing Accucode Employee Review

      Pros

      Most co-workers were great. Provided good technology to work with every day. Location is good if you want to work in a Denver community without the commute or the traffic.

      Cons

      Management is quick to blame and yell at employees (in front of other employees) for perceived infractions or performance. CEO is sarcastic and rude. Office culture is non-existent and days are full of stress waiting on the CEO to make his daily prowl of the office building. There are clearly favorites for relationship and personal reasons. Turnover is very high.

      Obviously a former team member who was fired for cause. Turnover has been at an all time low since a small group of under performers was laid off in March of 2020. No one gets yelled at and we have an amazing team that has grown continually for over 20 years.

      Pros

      Amazing team and leadership, I had some of my most memorable moments at Accucode. Casey and Shaun are some of the most understanding and down to earth people. Very flexible work/home balance. 8-5 Monday thru Friday schedule. Gain a huge amount of exposure to various technologies and projects that will set you up for future growth. Accucode is really a 5 star company to work at, Kevin Price does an amazing job running this company.

      Cons

      None come to mind. Accucode treats their employees with great care and respect. They truly care about your well being and to me, that deserves my upmost respect.
