Pros
Being a great place to work is the difference between a good company and a great company. Accumatch holds the title of that of a “great company”. Accumatch promotes an organizational purpose that inspires employees and animates the culture. The foundation of a great workplace lies in a culture of trust and engagement that unites management and the workforce in a common vision that’s not only about success but that describes the type of organization an employer wants to be. Employees of Accumatch trust their leaders, have pride in the work they do and enjoy the people they work with. Accumatch has a vested interest in its employees as well as their customers/clients. Co-workers regard each other as “family” who “have each other’s back.” A great company has leaders that inspire, motivate, and encourage the improvement and development of staff. Our leaders of Accumatch demonstrate those characteristics and are always accessible and approachable. Everyone feels free to challenge the status quo and are treated with respect and trust. And of course, Accumatch understands that there is life beyond the workplace.
Cons
Personally for me, the only "Cons" of working with Accumatch are: travel and salary. Being a small company, understandably, we are operating with a limited budget which is largely influenced by our client revenue. As our client portfolio increases, I am certain our wallets will increase :) The upside to this is, being a member of management, I am able to have my voice be heard and be a part of the decision making process to better benefit the company and make it even more successful.
