Pros
- Most of the colleagues on peer level are friendly and helpful - There are good senior mentors but only in 1 or 2 departments - On time salary
Cons
- The biggest con is the extremely toxic higher management, And being a small organization you will have to deal with them even as a fresher if you have some talent. - You cannot plan any unofficial activities or trips as work friends that excludes higher management as they will go to extreme lengths to sabotage or spoil it. - They have admitted to keeping family members in employment just to keep an eye on the employees so that they can report every minor incident and activity of the office. - Extremely low opportunities to grow if you or not family or friend of the higher management but to be fair you don't have any protection either even if you are a family or friend and fall into bad books or not needed. - Poor benefits: Very low paid leaves, No PF etc. - Most of the rest of the reviews were submitted by the current employees under pressure. I mean there wasn't any explicit 'Dhamki' or any thing but they were repeatedly pushed to give a review and given the size of the organization, one can easily figure out the reviewer if need be. P.S. I am not being petty, I have been 100% honest and I have only submitted this review so that glassdoor allows me to read reviews of other organization.
