      Pros

      As one of the few interns in a family business, I felt very welcomed and supported into a close-knit working community. Everyone at the office is extremely hardworking and open to mentoring the interns, as I was able to partake in a range of projects to learn about different sectors of the company as well as marketing.

      Pros

      Great management and owners, they really get it and take care of employees that deserve it. Lunch is provided by the company every day, and there is a great atmosphere in the building.

      Cons

      If anything, advancement isn't so easy to come by in the office because people tend to stay a long time. But people stay a long time because they like it here so much.
