The environment is supportive and motivating, and everyone has a good sense of humor which makes work fun. The family truly cares about their employees, and the company has been rapidly growing for years which gives me high confidence in leadership. It’s also a women owned business.

I have not found any cons. It’s an amazing company and an amazing team.

Great management and owners, they really get it and take care of employees that deserve it. Lunch is provided by the company every day, and there is a great atmosphere in the building.

If anything, advancement isn't so easy to come by in the office because people tend to stay a long time. But people stay a long time because they like it here so much.
