This is a great family type business. Upper management is always willing to work with employees so the employees get the most out of positions they are in. Upper management makes a conscious effort to promote from the grass roots level and keep talent within the company. The staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming.

I have no cons. The have been nothing but good to me.

Seeing the clock come around to leaving. Knowing Friday is showing up soon and not having to be there for two days

All around terrible place to work for. Give all these speeches and nothing is done. Inventory is destroyed, nobody to fix it. Office personnel have been there to long and are the ones who destroyed the place. They should be fired but the head office is to scared or stupid. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the low salary and grief.
