Pros

Competitive pay for a medical device company. Cool Technology

Cons

Working almost every other weekend and lots of late nights during the week for field service seems to be the norm for this company. Very poor work life balance. The company has had 2 layoffs since I was hired 9 months ago. Also lots of problems with bad parts and out of date procedures that frankly are useless. It's like trying to fix something without using your hands. It doesn't work very well. I can't wait to leave this job! After 20yrs in field service I can honestly say this has been the worst so far. My advice would be keep looking...you don't want to work here.

Continuis opportunities to improve technology, process, and support teams to make ground breaking products. Company is very flexible with remote or office locations and team is passionate about the technology and it's customers

Cons

Nothing that would be unique to any other med-tech company

Pros

Great product to save lives. Good benefits. People I worked with were talented. Nice Building.

Cons

Upper management are in it for the $$ and do not care about staff. Annual layoffs are standard. If considering employment do not plan to work long-term. The most recent C-Suite staff are mismanaging the company.
